vegan foods that add colors to your life.

I got a free ticket for tonight to go enjoy an open bar while listening to the jets, but instead I came home to relax. Just by wrapping broccoli sprouts, spinach, asparagus, and red cabbage in a sheet of nori, here's a quick and refreshing light dinner. I enjoyed it with nama shoyu :)

I'm glad I found your blog--those look so good and so healthy!
thank you, neva vegan! i always try :)
RAW-some!
hehehe, i liked that :)
Those look so good. I should eat more raw foods...
me, too - but i don't have a dehydrator or a skill to sprout beans and seeds...
Those look delicious! I'll have to give that a try. I'm always looking for different ways to eat sprouts... other than balling them up in my hand and shoving them in my mouth.
Ooooooo! Those look very pretty and very tasty. I can't wait to try them.

sprouts are good for us, but other than putting them in salad, wraps, or sandwiches, i'm still looking for ways to enjoy them :)
